The aim is to have a better grasp of one’s professional future through the creation of a professional project which is motivating, respects personal values and criteria, corresponds to the market needs.





Competency assessments are financed through FONGECIF / DIF. An assessment takes place in 6 two hour sessions over a period of 2 months. There are also 3 hours of interview, the initial interview and 2 hours of post-assessment follow-through.

The competency assessment is a fully personalised process.

Within the process of this assessment, a questionnaire will be sent to colleagues, managers and friends of your choice. They will need to fill it in and send it back to us. You will be in charge of the follow through concerning the questionnaire and make sure all documents are sent back so your assessment is as thorough as possible.
