Bilingual and of multicultural origin, Delphine Somers-Merton started her career in international business and communication. She was rapidly concerned with communication and team management, identifying and recognising potentials, independently from degrees and diplomas.


Her mission is to support differences (whether cognitive or cultural) and emphasise talents within families and schools as well as the workplace in a reciprocal interest of benefitting the company while developing personal wellbeing.


After university in the UK, she held positions in companies as diverse as the small French family-owned company (Polymark France) to the science research centre (Zayed Institute) and the  multinational corporation (International Paper). She worked in France, England, Switzerland, Belgium and the Emirates.


She is married and mother of two gifted children. She studied different teaching and educational methods capitalising on differences as a group development tool.
